Email is the reliable channel; everything below reaches a person rather than a ticket queue. Papayya is a small team in Toronto, Canada, working roughly Eastern Time. We answer general mail within two business days and security reports within one.

- Book a demo — thirty minutes, ending in a one-page fit check rather than a follow-up deck. Tell us what you run and roughly how many items a run and we can say quickly whether it fits. The list on the home page is the lighter-weight option.
- Security disclosure
- security@getpapayya.com. Our RFC 9116 record is published at /.well-known/security.txt. Please do not open a public issue for a vulnerability.
- Privacy, data export and deletion
